Through Michele Martin's blog I found out about http://www.posterous.com a few weeks ago. This has to be the easiest multimedia blog ever invented! You write your post in your email and send it it post@posterous.com and if you want to add pictures, sound files, video or even a Powerpoint presentation then you just add them as attachments to the email.
